Data deletion

You can delete the data Postgale holds about a connected social account at any time, in any of these ways:

• From Postgale: open Dashboard → Accounts and choose Disconnect. We revoke our access where the platform allows it and delete the account's tokens, IDs and post records immediately.
• From Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Postgale → Remove. Instagram notifies us and we delete the data automatically; you can ask Instagram for a confirmation code and check it on this page.
• From TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → Postgale → Remove access. TikTok notifies us and we delete the data automatically.
• By email: write to manu@postgale.com from your account email. We delete your workspace data within 30 days.
