These terms govern your use of Postgale, operated by Logic Minds LLC. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

Postgale lets you connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage and publish content to them from the dashboard, the REST API, an MCP client or a schedule. Each platform decides whether it accepts a post; we report the result we receive.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you are allowed to manage, and keep your password and API keys secret.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for following the rules of each platform, including the TikTok Community Guidelines, Instagram Community Guidelines, Reddit Content Policy and each community's own rules.
• Disclose commercial content where the platform requires it. Do not use Postgale for spam, deceptive engagement, unsolicited bulk posting or to evade platform limits.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to publish it where you ask.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features, including when a platform changes its API. We may suspend workspaces that break these terms or a platform's policies.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made by third-party platforms, such as rejecting or removing a post.
